I have previously been a home builder/remodeler, performed windstorm inspections up and down the Texas coast since 1998 with the Texas Department of Insurance (5 years) and independent professional engineering firms, & a professional real estate inspector since 2005. Because I have personally built and installed or supervised the installation of all the component parts of a home, I feel like my experience exceeds that of other inspectors.
